Lost Ark: World Bosses Guide (Spawn, Rewards, etc.)

Lost Ark features a wide variety of high-level content, and while most are instanced, others, such as World Bosses, can appear on the world map.

World bosses appear irregularly in specific locations on the map. These are achievable in groups and offer exciting rewards, such as refining materials, accessories, engraving recipes, gems of abilities, and collectibles.

There are many World Bosses, but the Lost Ark rewards are only accessible after reaching a certain item level. This content is not accessible daily, making it quite an unpredictable event. However, some prizes are essential for the continuation of the adventure.

Appearance and reward of World Bosses

World bosses do not appear regularly and systematically on the map, and it is possible not to see any appearance for two consecutive days. Go to the Procyon Compass (located below the mini-map) to learn about the apparitions.

Currently, there are 12 World Bosses, and each of these bosses has its spawn location. For example, Tarsila will constantly spawn in the Lake of Eternity area in Silensierra.

World bosses do not have the same respawn time, as some respawn after 30 minutes, while higher-level bosses take up to 2 hours to respawn.

Like other high-level content, these bosses are broken down into gear tiers, and the rewards you can get will depend on that tier.

The Rewards

The standard rewards for all World Bosses are Refining Materials and Recipe Books, but you can collect loot such as a Giant's Heart, an Island Soul, or even a Secret Map.

To receive rewards from a boss, you must be in the boss's area and won't accept anything if you venture too far. Not hitting a boss for a specific time will also prevent you from collecting the rewards.
